Nizento DS

Your system, in your own office.

Nizento DS is a small server we set up in your building. Atelier OS runs on it, so when the internet goes down, your business keeps running.

RunningDS stands for Data Secure. It is the product’s name, not a guarantee.

What it does for you

Three things an owner can repeat to their partners.

The box is the vehicle. What you are buying is your own system, in your own building, set up and looked after by the people who built it.

01

Your record lives here

Orders, ledger, payroll, student files. Where each kind of record is kept is agreed with you in writing.

02

Keeps working when the internet doesn’t

Atelier OS runs over your office network, so orders, fees and stock carry on during an outage, and everything catches up online when the line is back.

03

Set up, backed up and looked after by us

Backup power for load-shedding, an encrypted copy off-site every night, and one signed page listing every route out.

How it works

One box in your office. A short, named list of what stays online.

In your office · one box

Nizento DS

  • Atelier OS and its database. Your record is kept on the box. Where each kind of record is kept is agreed in writing.
  • The audit trail. Every action, logged with who and when, stays with your record.
  • Backup power, for load-shedding.
  • Everyday AI for small jobs. Being built; not on the box yet.

Used from Staff laptops, phones and the counter PC, over your office Wi-Fi.

Outside · named in your data schedule

Still online

  • A cloud AI, for harder questions, only with data you approve.
  • WhatsApp and email. Messages reach you over their own networks, as they do now.
  • An encrypted off-site backup, every night.
  • A secure tunnel, for staff away from the office and for our support.

Every client chooses. Your system online, as it runs today, or in your own office on a Nizento DS. The same Atelier OS either way.

The first questions owners ask

Plain answers.

If yours is not here, ask it on the first call. It is free.

Do we need one for each member of staff?
No. One box for the whole office. Your staff use the laptops and phones they already have, over your office network.
We have several branches. One box each?
Restaurant chains start with one box at head office. A small box per branch is added only if a branch needs to keep running offline.
Can we buy the box alone?
No. It is sold only with a Nizento setup, never as a plain computer, so it is never an unsupported box.
Do we have to have one?
No. Every client chooses: your system online, as it runs today, or in your own office.
Does the AI run on it?
Not yet. Small jobs, like reading receipts and sorting messages, are being built to run on the box. Harder questions go to a cloud AI, only with data you approve.
What happens when the power goes?
The box has backup power for load-shedding, and an encrypted copy of your record is taken off-site every night.

The design target

Navy and gold, and compact.

These images show the finished look we are building towards. Each is a render with the Nizento logo placed, not a photograph of a finished unit.

The small print

Two numbers, stated once.

The numbers are the cheapest part of what you buy. The setup, the backups and the support are the product.

How the three work as one

The record, the assistant and the machine.

Each answers one question an owner asks. Atelier OS and Tracer are set up together; where they run, online or on a Nizento DS in your own office, is your choice.

“Do the numbers agree?”

Atelier OS keeps the record

One record for every department, so the figures agree. It is the ERP your whole organisation runs on.

“What needs me today?”

Tracer keeps you on top of it

Your assistant, on WhatsApp and email. It reads Atelier OS directly, tells you what needs you, and prepares the next step for you to approve.

“What if the internet goes down?”

Nizento DS keeps it running

A server in your own office runs Atelier OS, so orders, cash and stock carry on over your office network.
