What “enterprise brain” means here

One event, recorded once, seen by everyone who needs it.

Not a glowing brain: a record. Pick something that happens on an ordinary day and see which departments learn of it, what each sees, and who did what, and when.

The five principles it is built on

Many departments, one truth.

01

One record

Every department works from the same record. Conflicting figures are kept and flagged, never overwritten.

02

The rules live in a manual

Approval limits are set for each role, and the system follows them.

03

More than one signature

Money needs more than one signature. Never the machine alone.

04

Several companies, one owner

Branches and companies roll up to one owner and one morning brief.

05

Someone audits it

Every step records who did it and when, so the trail is there when it is needed.

In ERP terms

Seven areas, nine module groups.

Status as of 4 October 2026. Reading WhatsApp groups and photos is one feature among many: it is how data gets in, not what Atelier OS is.

Four packages

The same ERP, for your kind of organisation.

Where it lives

Online, or in your own office.

Every client chooses. Atelier OS runs online, as it does today, or on a Nizento DS in your own office, where it carries on over your office network when the internet goes down. Before anything is installed you receive one page that lists what runs where, what is stored where, and every route by which anything leaves.

How the three work as one

The record, the assistant and the machine.

Each answers one question an owner asks. Atelier OS and Tracer are set up together; where they run, online or on a Nizento DS in your own office, is your choice.

“Do the numbers agree?”

Atelier OS keeps the record

One record for every department, so the figures agree. It is the ERP your whole organisation runs on.

You are here

“What needs me today?”

Tracer keeps you on top of it

Your assistant, on WhatsApp and email. It reads Atelier OS directly, tells you what needs you, and prepares the next step for you to approve.

“What if the internet goes down?”

Nizento DS keeps it running

A server in your own office runs Atelier OS, so orders, cash and stock carry on over your office network.
