K · Inventory, Assets & Maintenance

Stock you can count on, and machines that get serviced.

Material ledgers by lot, stock counts checked against the record, purchasing and stores. Barcodes, a maintenance planner and a gate desk are in our planned range.

Illustration

01 · The problem

Stock goes missing between the store and the floor, and the count at month end never matches the books.

Machines are serviced when they break, not before.

Who it is for: Stores, kitchens, warehouses and facilities managers.

02 · How it works

The workflow, stage by stage.

  1. 01Goods received into the ledger
  2. 02Issued against a job or a branch
  3. 03Counted
  4. 04Variance flagged with who counted and when
  5. 05Reordered or investigated

What runs today, and what we would build.

Status as of 4 October 2026.

  • RunningIn daily use, in our own organisations or at a client.
  • Done onceA service delivered once, as a written finding.
  • PlannedIn our planned range. Intended, not yet built.
  • ConceptAn idea shown to explore what we can build.

    Planned

Nothing in this list is claimed as running. Each would be scoped in a written finding and delivered one department at a time.

06 · How it connects

Part of one record, not a separate tool.

Tracer

Tracer tells the stores head which counts did not match.

Atelier OS

Stock, purchasing and money on one record, so a variance can be traced to a lot and a person.

Where it runs

Ledgers and counts live on Atelier OS. A fleet tracker would need an outside map service, and your data schedule would name it.

Connections

Supplier delivery notes, purchase orders and, later, barcode scanners.
