Ask, check the context, approve the next step.

Tracer is our AI assistant and action layer. It finds what you ask for, shows the records behind it, and prepares the next step for a person to approve.

01 · The problem

What you need for a decision is spread across WhatsApp, email, files and the ERP. Gathering it takes longer than deciding.

Follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send them.

Who it is for: Owners, heads of department and the leadership team.

02 · How it works

06 · How it connects

Part of one record, not a separate tool.

Tracer

This is Tracer. What it may send or change on its own is agreed in writing for each installation; everything else waits for a person’s approval.

Atelier OS

Tracer reads Atelier OS directly, so the context it shows is the live record, not a copy.

Where it runs

Tracer’s AI runs at a cloud AI service today, named in your data schedule with the data it may read. WhatsApp, email and calendar connect over the internet, as they do now.

Connections

WhatsApp, email, calendar and meetings, files and documents, and Atelier OS.
